her voice spoke all her anguish

She  stood  on the  podium, she faced  the microphone

Her  heart skipped a beat, silence  had  fallen  all eyes stared

All ears strained, her voice carried hope, love , and promises

Each melody was  a vow, the crowd was  dazed, smitten

He  understood each line, each rise of her voice

His  heart  became  bound to  the heartfelt melodies

He listened  knowing  that each  line  she wrote  for  him

Their song carried emotion, tears and  love the crowd  cheered on
