Become whole again

My Conviction

Calm waves soothing 

and flowing against the sand

the winds dance about

as warm sun-rays break through the clouds

Pure light shines in my face

feel His Glory in this land

with just a touch of His magic out

He has given us life in His place

Lift your arms up high and wide

take in the air, feel the earth

adore this power of beauty

praise Him forevermore

Be humble in your pride

let all know with breath and worth

from sea to sky to mountain from you to me

for all of the world is mine and yours

Give thanks to He whom has made you whole

just one grain of sand am I

among the this vast and stupendous mother earth

my conviction in my heart

Even from the beginning it's been a toll

fighting Satan and his demons again and again I try

temptations spoil the sweet nothings of today 

Bless me oh Lord and end my battles so that we are not apart

Your warmth in our body grows strong

Knowing You are there for me

My King, my Sheppard, my Rock

dirt under my feet, wind in my hair, in my lungs, the breath of your air

My spirit is calm, in Your Name purged from all the wrong

in this lifetime I have heard, read and seen

the truth of the Word, and the long walk

I thank you for Your love and that you care

Compared to You I am just one small grain of sand

in this universe, next to my peers, in this land

redeem us for we are only sinners

cleanse our body and our depiction

Bless me as a Man

take away our fears and this evil of our hand

make us whole and as winners

Oh thank you Lord, take away my conviction
