Dear sweet friend

She runs the blade across her wrist

holds it close, her dear sweet friend. 

He walks in and spies her tears

rushes over to stop the blades kiss. 

Taking it from her stiffened fingers

he tilts her head and looks deep in her eyes.

"You are beautiful, You're so smart.

Please dont do this, it hurts my heart."

She sobs in his arms 

and his tears mix with hers. 

"I love you cant you see?

My life would be empty without 

your smile

your laugh 

your eyes 

everything about you. I hold dear to me."

She looks down at her wrist and stares

what had she almost done?

She wasn't unloved

she wasn't unworthy

She was needed 

she was LOVED. 

She looks up and he wipes her tears. 

"Please Little sis. Live For me?"

She smiles and nods. 

"Ok.I'll try"
