Wings Wrapped around me
Oh so Tight
Which use to give me
Joy and Light
Feathers are fading
darkness is growing
I know I've lost
this fight
Wings are tattered
Dull with Pain
Flames will soon ignite.

I'm not sure why I thought about a dying angel or one who transformed into something dark. Or maybe a guardian angel who used to give you comfort but started to lack empathy. Just some thoughts. The endig is touching.

Its about my friend Jose Who use to be very close to me and told me that he would be my on earth gaurdian angel. Buut we got into a fight and Poof he's no longer there

I see, I had very good friend like that once but she let other things take over which destroyed her and separated everyone around. She used to be such an inspiration but things changed. Your poem reflects sadness and loss yet it is beautifully expressed.
