Remember.

Remember.

A Poem by Fear Corrupts!

Remember.

[ To be read at a quick pace ]

For the ones who:

Slept in mud, replacing their beds.

Sucked up their pain, and carried the dead.

Damaged their souls, but moved on for us.

Fighting for what, could of been lost.

Held their heads high, to the brave thunder clouds.

Gave selflessness, the ultimate bowe.

Laughed in misery, to lighten the night.

Remained humble and gracious throughout all of the fights.

For the ones who:

Fought in the wars.

Endured pain that we cannot comprehend.

& gave it their all, and more, to the very end.

I give you my thanks.

Slap on your poppy,

show your respect.

Remember the veterans.

"Lest we forget"

This is a really sweet dedication. There is so many out there, that probably have no idea how much they are appreciated
