Motionless I lay

Motionless I lay

A Poem by Fear Corrupts!

    Motionless I lay.

Motionless I lay,

still on the ground.

The world surrounds me,

dancing around.

It's a beautiful day.

Bright & clear.

I'm alone in this meadow,

not a soul near.

The grass cold & crisp,

smooth against my skin.

The smell of the earth,

I slowly breath in.

The sun warms my body,

my soul & mind.

A pleasure so inspiring,

truly devine.

The clouds light & soft,

whisps in the sky.

How smooth they flow,

an effortless glide.

The brook babbles slowly,

a peaceful sound.

Like the whisper of

an angle, nowhere to be found.

I absorb it all,

my tranquil surroundings.

While I lay still,

motionless, dreaming.
