the tide

the tide

So the cloth pulls tighter against her chest
as she bites her tongue again ,

                                     she'd wait until the moment passes,
                       except it never does for her

& people ask how she can be so cold,

               but they dont know what its like

to never let things go.

                                     so from that day shes living for the moment;
                             cause heavens not a place
                             that you go when you die
                             its that moment in life
                             when you actually feel alive

I love the last lines. Such true words. We can live in a hell or try to live in peace and create a sort of heaven. A outstanding poem. It is good to meet you. You can write a poem. Thank you.
