A miniature world

A miniature world

A Poem by fattycbreezy52

Exchange your toys with me,
Not firm promises.
Give me your generosity,
No commitments.
Let the adults indulge in the activities above;
They live in a customary world.
Let us create our own world
Where god will be at the very centre.

This was beautifully done!

How apt for children to want to avoid the crazy lives of adults.....we often scold them for being childish, but never remember that being childlike is a characteristic we should never lose......though unfortunately, we miss it along the way...........

the skill of a writer to assume a different point of view is a great one to wield and you do it so well... you have captured the innocence of childhood as it is intended...if we truly want to experience what life should be like, we should be observing the way in which children interact with the world, before they have been 'taught' by adults... I love this, FcB...great writing!
