The first four lines are so apt. Self evaluation is so important and we often fail to peep into our own inner self. This is a really well written piece. Loved it.
Most of my work is from another perspective. I guess that pretty much explains my love for "free-verse".
It's so easy to get totally absorbed into it, isn't it?
most times readers think we are auto-biographical...and yet mostly we put ourselves in others' shoes, write from the perspective of someone else...i do that most often...not often about me...and you capture that feeling of needing sometimes to let our own emotions flow from the pen or the keys.
nicely done.

I agree with every word of your review. This is so very true. And thanks for appreciating my work:)
An empathetic poet... one whose heart belongs to the world... forgetting she, too, is a part of the great vastness called life... a wonderful self-reflective piece giving us a glimpse into the person behind the poet... love this!

With your busy days of learning, weary nights of studying, and limited free time filled with empathizing, it is good that you found a small moment to write for yourself, dear Fatty.
