Son's notebook

Son's notebook

A Poem by fattycbreezy52

Caressing the high-quality,sheeny paper of his son's notebook upon which the stripling had jotted down the perplexed equations with a laudatory rough note in a corner at the side,
A notorious tear originating from the unscrupulous lacrymal glands glistened the district of his ocular globe forcibly to convince its senior called the stream of tears.
It was as if ready to indulge in a guerilla warfare.
But, he was prompt enough to bid it goodbye and didn't let it roll down his cheek lest it should offend his nestling's solicitous ink, pampering his winsome longhand like a baby in a pram.
He was highly elated.
He never could see the walls of the school he had a desire to be admitted to.His father considered it absurd and meaningless to attain a degree of any sort.
But he did defy his father, today, after 35 years!

profound... this really is poetry in prose... such emotion garnered from a simple piece of paper baring his child's work that has roots in his own childhood where education was seen as something useless... it is good to see our children achieve that which we were forbidden to... love this.

exactly...you people would love me for writing this!;D
This, like you, is a sophisticated but perplexing piece. It reads as if a father looking at his son's work and rejoicing his son was educated whereas he had been deprived or it reads that the having been deprived the protagonist had gained an education about which he was proud?
Your first language is not English but your English is eloquent. I am guessing middle eastern?
