A Girl among girls

when you are just a girl among girls but very different.I mean innately different.Though you love them but hate those small things!

I am a girl among girls,

Girls of diverse attributes.

 We laugh AND tuck a strand behind our ears

 Which pays to our vanity goddesses, a heavenly tribute.

These girls laugh with me and imply sexual innuendos in their conversation

I, in turn, reply with equal constancy and carry forward the tradition

They act like jesters,they act like superstars

Sometimes plastics and sometimes darts.

They have a bad habit-a habit of muckracking

Making a joke of others and tattling

I cannot understand such diversity and give a neutral smile

They love me but still tattle

They kiss me and feed me like the cattle

But why is the attitude complex towards others?

Can't they adopt them too as their cattle?

I cannot say I relate to this; it'd be weird if I did :P

But have seen a lot of the kind you write about... Boy, are they f*****g unbearable and punchable!
This has a spoken-word quality to it and it does flow.
I wonder do you play to your poetry?

The truth which you have stated at the very outset "i cannot say......did" actually made me laugh:P Well they definitely are unbearable and punchable but "endurance" is one of the most important qualities of a good human being.So!:) And yes i do play to my poetry at times but trust me it doesn't work all the time.Sometimes it's just too good for the paper and not for the strings of my guitar or any sort of verbal activity

What do you listen to? Anyhow, listen to Steven Wilson (of Porcupine Tree); his solo works are diverse and have a spoken quality to it. I've been listening to him recently; really awed his production.
