Shower Thoughts I

Shower Thoughts I

A Poem by Faati Jaan

i leaned my head against
the bath wall,
tears streaming down
the misty tiles.
i focused on my breath,
inhaling to the depths of my soul
and thought

"thank God,
that despite the lost pieces in me,
i am whole."
