She

“She,”
flowed out of the mouth
like one thousand rapid rivers,
one hundred horses stampede across a field,
a swift and firm 
knock-out
to the unconscious
and reviving the pulse
catching the breath
coming to life.

This one is a bit vague but it seems to be the instant shock a woman gets when she discovers another female has invaded the picture. Being its only a guess, I won't expound on my interpretation which could be faulty.
