Kiss of Magic

Kiss of Magic

A Poem by Peachgirl

Do you remember that night,

not so long ago,

where we shared kiss,

under the mistletoe.

We had a secret kiss

in the park near my house,

We talked for a bit and nothing moved,

not even a mouse.

My dad said no,

It wasnt good for us,

Now I dont know why,

he made such a fuss.

It was perfect like a dream,

you and me together,

snuggled up on a bench

I hope it lasts forever.

As we kissed it was warm,

your lips were on fire,

and of seeing you again,

I will never tire.

My heart is yours,

for you to keep,

and when you leave some day,

it will never cease to weep.
