Everythings evil.

Laying here while barely breathing,.everythings passed so quickly, how'd it end up like this? i thought you were my angel, i guess you were just a demon sent from hell, as azrael appears, i beg for my life but it fades away, i fade away, just like those distant memories to keep me alive, in the end it's nothing knew, it's just always evil.

This is like an excerpt taken from somewhere else, as in, it is very mysterious. I like it.

So, what I see happening is that either two things happened: a lot of time passes but something in the end was very unexpected and destroyed everything in the past so it seemed like time passed quickly or something occurred quickly in real time.
This event has led to the speaker at their last breaths as they watch the Angel of Death come for them.
Did they make peace?
What evil?
Just some questions I thought about and are not evident to me as I read this.
