What he told me

What he told me

A Poem by fashionchics

He told me,
like it was yesterday,
that he wouldnt love anyone else but me,
but he lied,
because thats not what i saw,
i caught him red handed,
making out with my best mate,
i walked in,
i ran over to him,
slapped him as hard as i could,
and walked away,
he grabbed my shoulder,
over and over he said,
ITS NOT WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE,
i knew exactly it was what it looked like,
i couldnt look him in the eye,
i cried and cried,
that was the end of my love.

I like how you wrote this because it was straight forward. You could also visualize everything. I like your style.

i like your poem, it tells a story and even though it doesn't rhyme constantly, it has a great flow. bravo!
