Fear
it holds people back
paralyzed at its sight
some fear spiders
some fear closed spaces
my greatest fear is being alone
fills me with worry
fills me with fear
my greatest of fears

It's a nice start and I enjoyed it...but it seemed to nose dive and end too suddenly. It feels as if there should have been more.
