WILD WAYS

WILD WAYS

A Poem by fargone

WILD WAYSby phil roberts
Would I go back
Down the wild ways and bye ways?
Would I turn back the years
To the wild and crazy days?
Damn right I would

Would I take the same risks
If my mind and feet were still fast?
Living on adrenaline
And racing through the past
You bet I would

Would I still go to places
Where the gunmen made the rules?
Dealing with very hard men
And avoiding deathly fools
Yes, still I would

And would I feel fear
Within these dens and dives?
Of course I would because
I never felt so alive
Yes, damn right I would

I really like this write. We all have had our wild ways.
Nicely written and amazing flow to this.

Not many people can say they would not do things differently if they had to do it all over again. Kudos on you! I like the feeling of this one, as well as the sentiments expressed.
