Just Us

Just Us

A Poem by Natasha Leanne

If I reach for you,

will you take my hand?

Come away with me.

If I give you my heart,

will you keep it?

Run away with me.

If I spend the night,

will you hold me?

Will you stay with me?

Be mine as I am yours,

Two young hearts,

In love.

I don't like the way the poem ends. The last line feels awkward and disrupts the flow. I like "just us" as a title but don't think that idea/line needs to be repeated at the end.
