Thoughts of a Troubled YouthA Poem by Natasha LeanneTo be uncertain, To laugh in the face of danger, To speak not in fear, But in rage, That is an adventure.
To love once, But not to love always, To sob for days on end over a stolen heart, To be desperate, But still show unwillingness, That is a dramatic episode.
To bleed for a war of savior, To die without shame, To survive through the wreckage, And live with the pain, That is a journey.
To be the real me, To rise up from rock bottom, To defeat depressed ideas, To deal with the problems of a troubled youth, That is an accomplishment.
