The emotions of mine will kill me alive

The tempest has arisen and it is so high

The ghouls of my past have seeped in again

The thoughts are hurting, it’s all mundane

One by one, I have killed my own

I swim and bathe in blood of those I have sown

Time is passing like a wicked witch

It’s full of hatred torture and betrayal

However, in all of this I find an innocent pearl

Come to save me from my torment and dooms

It is now or never already, my death looms

The time has come to let go of crooked ways

It is time for goodness to flow through my veins….

I can really relate to this bit of writing, as we all have to face our emotions and choices eventually.
Ghouls have a way of making life harder if we let them, hurting thoughts, pushing people away, there is a pearl in every thing if we look for it. I like what this says to me.
