He Wore A MaskA Poem by TallulahHe didn't realize all that he was....He didn't know everything he was He had an outward appearance Of arrogance. Made others believe that He thought That he was better then everyone That wasn't who he was.
He wore a mask One glued to his face So tightly You thought the mask Didn't exist But that it was just him
Looking closely You could see the cracks That mask held You could see the seams
Beneath that mask Of arrogance There was someone So unlike Who he pretended to be
He was different Kind and caring But so down on himself It made one worry.
He wore a mask To protect himself To be who he wasn't To appear strong. He wore that mask To decieve.
