Vintage Hearts

Vintage Hearts

A Poem by Rosee

 Rain quivers, hopeless

While midnight unfolds

My heart lies dampened

Skies cry with thunder

Sprinkling my vintage heart

Which waits cold and alone

Hope melts before me

As blue sky meets sorrow

As my vintage heart fades away

Saddening and beautiful. I read it three times before I even started writing my review! I really like this part:

"Skies cry with thunder
Sprinkling my vintage heart
Which waits cold and alone"

It's a quiet desperation that no one wants to feel. Awesome poem :]
