Life

Life

A Poem by Faith Kinnison

Life

I feel her heart beat inside of me

I feel her breathing, within my tummy

I feel her every move

Her every emotion

She’s a part of me

Forever in motion

She grows and she always will

She’ll grow up and go off to school

She’ll move away, and have her own

But for now she’s here

And she is loved

In a way I never thought possible
