My Future

My Future

A Poem by Faith Kinnison

My Future

When I see my future, I see you and me

When I think of forever, I think of you and me

I can see my unborn children, in your eyes

I can feel your unseen teardrops, in my hands at night

I can feel your body in my arms, every time I close my eyes

All I have are dreams of you, you and me

Forever we will be

Heart in heart, hand in hand

I'd walk to the ends of the Earth

Into no man's land

Just to hear your voice

Feel your breath

Two lovers we will be

On a sea of never-ending love

From the dark shadows of the trees

Into the night, we will come

From the sunsets of our love
