Loves wings

Loves wings

A Poem by Deborah Shepard

Sunlight's drawn sleepily to edged waning moon
Thundering hoofs can be heard
Crisp saddled morning brings tears to the young maiden
Her love is flames who spirit appears

Mystically tints each frog moon
Glowing gently in unabridged calm
Unique tailed sunsets
Lost awaiting his longing arm

Surrounded in splendor life
She drys her tears by the waterfalls  sadly
On the far edge reigns hidden images of he
Painted in wings of glory, there beautiful tender love story

Spirits meet in the ebony wings and dance
Breathtaking captive in endless rivers flowing , soft slowing
She will wait each night for his wings to show
Each dance with forever be there's in mother earths lapis glowing
