Whispering frog moon

Whispering frog moon

A Poem by Deborah Shepard

As the whispering frog moon settles for the nigh
An unbridled for sadness nights
Wintry drapes the veils of forgotten memories for the warrior plight
His father visits totems flame

Cloaked in darkness, he lifts his spear to pave his way
With beauty and splendor, each horse of color returned to the woods
Flawlessly unseen realism he sheds the darkness that night
He hears sounds of approaching warriors, ties there destiny

Deep into the surrounded forests many animals awakened
The sovereign  angels has returned to free the souls
Wild great warriors mane shimmered in the great wings
Intimately each graced gods silvery stars

As each star awakened many souls felt his presence
Upon each traveler laid claim to saviors realm
Prayers showered each willows peak, all seen
Mountains , plains rugged shared all Gods seed
