![]() Only in dreamsA Poem by Deborah Shepard![]() Jeweled colors of rainbows hues
Pristine hummingbird lovers sing
In there centerpiece of existence with time
Songs of each season lifts only in dreams, shine
Beauty is celebrated in birds lovers lane
There forever dollops will elate Gods terrain
Hovering, only in dreams they first awaken the day
Treasured each with a paradise to play
Only in dreams , Gods terrain
Dawn breaks each morning sun, for the duet
Then awakening the first dance to sunrise quartet
Soft chattering lovers exchange in elusive light
Embarking the start of the day, each overflowing smile they sway,to the nigh
