Fairies Lariat

Fairies Lariat

A Poem by Deborah Shepard

Jeweled colors array magical rains
Jasper sweet harps whisper to the Goddess many things
Her true love be thou of sweet secret garden of fairies rings
Each awning, shall bless the souffle dusting of fresh wisp

Crafted treasures will embark for fairies ride
Lighted frames to hold mirrors stop time
Whispering wings shall symbolize
She is the beauty whom many shall see fairies lisle

Garden of magical roses shall bloom
With many fairies softly she plays her loom
Butterflies halos swoop in periwinkles petals soft
As she will await her true love to carry her off

Swept across the valleys each goddess weeps
Gray skies shelled in each longing beauty labyrinth times
Prince of the tides will sail home
To her loving Fairies lips meet, she will wait July to his heart she will be

Ahhhhh, I just got lost in the beauty of this exquisite diamond of a poem.
I feel light as a fairy and could just spout wings and fly....truly! What an amazing
talent you have Deborah. Pen on poetess extraordaire!

Blessed be,

Helena
