Lost

Lost

A Poem by Deborah Shepard

Flowering souls, escaped the each inkling bright
Families plight roses in hand, each grown to service we shall hold once grand
Blooms is the spring when all soon shall be, each root through
Lighted paths vesper soft journeys rune

Totems calling~~~

Gated soul to the trellises impacted in truth
etched memoires opens the doors to each
Venues in lasting moonlight sung
Comrades in faith

Totems calling~~~

Child of the mother earths, trust broken in Leigh
Awaited in countless measures to bring sons, daughters home
Belief systems connect in war time, some never pass the spirit
As one begins each day, shared the breathes in minutes passing, listen
