Angels cameA Poem by Deborah ShepardAmid the beauty angels realm journeys end Angels dance on the stars, heavenly to take her hand, once again Symphony songs, to her beaten body, taken away to mend in glowing light Flower of eternal love, bursting mortals dove, to caress the hurt of her small life Arrayed in soft wishes of a child's heart, heard lost prayers above Roses flowing in answered prayers, she was carried to safety The snow swirled in shimmery gowns, as they gently took her home Mothers love, forever sparkling shown, no more to roam Celeste ribbons showered in smiles to each child's soul Each lullaby shared for each auras through © 2008 Deborah Shepard |
