Angels came

A Poem by Deborah Shepard

Amid the beauty angels realm journeys end

Angels dance on the stars, heavenly to take her hand, once again

Symphony songs, to her beaten body, taken away to mend in glowing light

Flower of eternal love, bursting mortals dove, to caress the hurt of her small life

Arrayed in soft wishes of a child's heart, heard lost prayers above

Roses flowing in answered prayers, she was carried to safety

The snow swirled in shimmery gowns, as they gently took her home

Mothers  love, forever sparkling shown, no more to roam

Celeste ribbons showered in smiles to each child's soul

Each lullaby shared for each auras through
