Tears of an Angel

Someone please tell me I’m not all alone
Before the shape of my dreams fade away

I’ve been gathering the fragments of the sadness
That can be seen reflected in my eyes

The cold rains soaks my wings and I’m alone again
Like ripples on water, my distant happy memories with my heart are wavering

Right now, I just want to sleep in a translucent wind
Embraced in wings

A swarm of petal like feathers dance down
Someday, surely, I'll be able to reach the place that will be able to heal my lonesome heart

But I can’t seem to find tomorrow
