Sometime

This is a poem of my grandma. She passed away and this are the hope and wishes,

Sometime I hope you are here.

Sometime I wish I can still talk to you.

Sometime I wish I Spend more time with you.

Sometime I hope to hear your voice.

Sometime I hope to listen to your stories

But those hopes and wishes can't be fulfilled

You are in a better place and I hoped we meet again.

Please help me with what I can work on. So in the Future if i wanted to write to let my feeling out, I don't have to worry about my grammar.
