My Jabberwocky Poem

My Jabberwocky Poem

A Poem by Lacinius

Fatal kisses of envy oblige

Returning to the enemy's side

Drinking up the sunlit night

Turning down the obvious fight

Forget to remember the lovers' game

Enjoy the search for an unknown name

Travel far, to a place prolonged

Learn the words of the enemy's song

Dance and laugh with bitter glee

Enchant the disaster of a child's plea

And once once you get to where you were

Realize it as a tragic blur

Remembering finally what you came to forget

A silent tear falls in deep regret

An interesting journey. I like this write. I normally don't care for typical rhyme schemes (even though I do use them sometimes myself), but this worked for itself to tell the story. A good flow as well. Not sure about the title for this, but a great read none-the-less. Kudos.
