Forever You

After days of tantalizing waiting, one day the impatience came to an end. The Supreme Guide woke me up to a dream; a gift of a lifetime. I decided to name it “you”.

Day after day, the earnest prayers played on. And then when at last the prayers crossed the horizon, you walked through. In all your majesty.

In you I found my ultimate companion. Within you I have installed my world. You are my colorful spring. You are my southern summer breeze. You are my orange crunchy fall. You are my snowflakes winter. You are my enigmatic day and my dreamy night. You are my time. My seconds tick with the beat of your heart.

You are the best of me. Anything but you is nothing just like a tiny poof of white sand on Caribbean beach.

You are my sky and you are my soul now. Nothing can go wrong here on. Past is in the past. Future is yet a dream. Present is where you and I are. And this is where we shall remain.

Because as long as we are in each other’s embrace, each moment will roll over the past and roll on to the future, leaving us in present.

My love for you is not big. It is not perfect. It is not flattering. It is not colorful.

But my love for you is intense. It is crazy. It is true. It is pure.

You are the biggest truth of my existence. Your companionship is my precious identity.

You. You. Forever you.
