The Way I Miss You

Hurry back to me please

when i say i miss you

i do not mean that lightly

i'm not simply saying "i'd more rather you here than not" 

i mean i ache for you

to the very depths of my heart

right down to my weary bones

straight into the fibers of my being.

when i say i miss you

i mean that my soul never rests from its longing to be near yours.
