If You Will Have MeA Poem by Barbara WalkerMy life feels like its been put on hold, since 1991. Knowing you were out there somewhere, kept me going and I searched for you in many ways, I wouldn't stop until I found you, hon.
I have finally located where you are and that gives me a small measure of peace. The voice inside my head says, "You gave up your best friend, your soul mate", and it's a thought that does not cease.
You're never out of my thoughts, you'll always be a part of my heart. I want whatever makes you happy, it's called unconditional love, a lesson learned on my part.
I want you to know I want us together again, your answer will end my misery. If you will have me, I'll do everything to make it happen, I'm wearing my heart on my sleeve. 11/15/02 © 2010 Barbara WalkerReviews
