Don't Complain

Don't Complain

A Poem by Barbara Walker
"

A poem I recently discovered that I wrote in 1990.

"
The pain, the pain,
don't complain,
what does that do,
but drive people away,
away from you.

Even to doctors,
you're put in a class
of the patients,
who are a pain in the a*s.

So you spend much time
hiding any clues,
pasting on a smile,
with super glue.

So, what do you do
when the glue won't stick
and you can't act the lie?
The solution is-you die.

You are welcome.
The meaning to hide your sadness until the day your death comes just to see if someone will notice, once that person is gone they now know what you were truly going through behind that smile. amazing poem.
