Sunflowers and The Color BlueA Poem by Barbara WalkerAbout my beloved twin sister
Sunflowers and the color blue
always make me think of my sister, Sue. She took the sun from the flowers and the blue from the sky and wound them together, making her house, a home. I could feel the peace and coziness of love within her walls which brought such contentment, such a contentment of love to family. Now, that she is gone, sunflowers and the color blue, also, make me cry. © 2013 Barbara WalkerReviews
