Crystal BallA Poem by Barbara WalkerI can already see how it will be without my twin
Alone, I'll have to bear,
the thoughts and feelings, that with you, I'd always share. When I hear a funny joke or a choice tidbit of someone we know, you won't be there to pick up the phone- I'll have to keep it to myself, alone. When I'm feeling rather weary and many thoughts can make me teary, I won't be able to hear your voice, to make me feel, again, so cheery. The day we celebrate our birth, with much laughter and mirth- I don't want to celebrate as one. I say, the celebration's done. I can already see, how very lost and alone, I'll be. © 2013 Barbara WalkerReviews
