Time With MeA Poem by Barbara WalkerWhat when through my mind, when what I needed, did not coincide with another person's need. Always so sensitive to others needs, they are shocked and a wee bit peeved when I put me first. DEAL!
I find myself desiring,
needing, craving, time with me. The world has been a cacophony of noise and static, drowning out the quiet voice of wisdom within my soul. I need the peace, the solitude, for listening to what soul already knows and mind tries to comprehend and those half truths, questions and jumbled lines, can, thankfully(!) come to an end. © 2012 Barbara WalkerReviews
