The Leprechaun's Blanket

The Leprechaun's Blanket

A Poem by exotic flotsam
"

A nonet poem about Irish mountain morning fog. Nine lines reducing syllables from 9 down to 1.

"

Opaque solace engulfs, legend’s tales

The grey drape veil, down jade highlands

Flow, heath’s amorphous mystic

Sunlight erases moor’s

Cloak, morning released

Never as one

Always two

Tethered

Mist
