Exegesis Interpolation

Exegesis Interpolation

A Poem by S. Michael Long

Exegesis, some will say
Is the understanding of Everything
In a certain way

Interpolation, some insist
is finding the missing information
between the points others miss

I am here to tell you
I HAVE seen both sides
dividing weights and measures

In my life's intent to remove that divide
to make this thing clear
to implore to those, who don't want to hear

my scales are balanced,
my weights are clean
do not misinterpret the weight that I have seen.

and measured.

Your pen seems to write above the clouds...crisp and clear up there :)
