Small ThoughtsA Poem by Kahtia HowardI think I wrote it is October 2013Solid rays of endearing hope tie our legs together. The eminent glow of chance is a midst and we're a curious species of man. We inhabit a vessel for 80 some years but weather it's fragile casings. If all is a lie and we live just to die what keeps these hearts a beating? As Summer falls and Winter springs the humans pass time with menial things in solidarity stature the purpose gets frayed but congenial actions are counted and saved. Confused and contradicting beliefs conflicting and our purpose subject to change. We try to get by and know not why but steady our minds by not closing the blinds that inside ourselves we create. © 2014 Kahtia HowardAuthor's Note
