Bound No More

Bound No More

A Poem by Jessica
"

i think i was very angry when i wrote this...

"
Previously denied disgust emits from my lips
And unquenchable fury floods through my fingertips
Hypocrite, fiendish rat devouring my scarred flesh
With righteous intentions so well embellished

You say that you've embraced the winds of change
That the corners of your mind are not deranged
But your poison still seeps through my veins
With each wallow of sorrow you feign

You are a false hero who cannot finish what you start
A regretful apology and a pierce through the heart
Stutter over your tales of torment and tragedy
Crush me with a mountaintop, exaggerate the petty

Slither your manipulation in another garden
For I can see that your sins cannot be pardoned
Leave me with the remnants of our rabid rage
So we may lose our sanity in separate cages
