"Balto's Resolve"

"Balto's Resolve"

A Poem by Thepensiveplayer
"

When people are in need, Balto has a call to heed.

"
"Balto rose to his paws"
"While his face was hit with sunlight"
"He licked the snow off his jaws"
"As he ran with all his might"

"He reassured his entourage"
"He believed their mission was just"
"As he fought through a chilly mirage"
"He remembered those who gave him their trust"

"The needs of the sickly were Balto's greatest burden"
"As he sprinted down the Icy road"
"He knew there was no time to be uncertain"
"Since saving the people were part of his code"

"With his task finally done"
"He can rest easy knowing he has won"
