Being a Girl - Her Biggest Lie

Its hard to live by going turn
I have my several moods
Am I allowed to react my way? or
I have to see you what you say

When I am happy I spread cheers
But to my hidden side you know me real?
If i will react the real way I feel
Could you get me the real way then?

For me its easy to smile instead
By telling you cruelty I am feeling inside
I want to cry with my louder voice
But to control them in my eyes is hardest to fight

I am a girl who smiles on silly things
She interpret things in her own way
But that's me and I am living my life
Then why your thoughts interrupt mines ?

I want to cry with no reason
I want to scream again with no reason
But do you know why I want to?
Because I want to feel light with my heart

I want to see you happy so I smile
But inside she is breathless &
When you asked why? I simply said
No nothing em okay I am just fine seriously

The biggest lie!!!

Emotional, a great poem. The message in this poem is smartly written. We all sometimes hides and lies to make other happy. Everybody, but themselves. The rhetorical questions, they really hit me hard. Are we allowed to act out own way? Or do we have to try to act how others want US to act? Really great poem. xx
