The BeachA Poem by Evan The SevenThis is a bit of a meditative poem, I guess. The Beach
The night breeze weaves through the trees. You sit, patiently, Listening to the sound of the tides Lapping the shore. Looking to your left, then to your right, You see no one.
It is desolate.
You rise to you feet with a slight Shuffle of sand, rings emanating from The epicenters of the four collisions Made by a random white stone Found on the ground.
The moon on the water Vibrates like a great, white gong.
The stars in the water Surf on waves of the firmament.
You laugh, smile and shrug Your shoulders, a little enlightened, And dusting a million grains of sand from Your pantlegs, you walk to that One shrouded beachhouse where One light now shines
And beckons.
