The soft melodies once went past the air. Small hands danced swiftly above the majestic keys. However, the tune never came out right. It was too fast, or too slow, as everyone said. Or even, there was one who said it was just too boring.

At some point, Brandon decided to stop. He could no longer do it. He found no joy in doing it anymore. And also he felt he wasn't enough. The more he did it, the more suffocating it felt. He wanted to free himself from that feeling, from the reality that he lacked the skill, from the piano, and from anything that related to it.

The world is evil. He had believed it that way ever since the day he was born. This world wouldn't let you have what you wanted easily. Even when you finally obtained it, there would also be another obstacle that you had to face.

His strong belief had never wavered. If anything, it only had strongly attached to him, becoming a part of him.





But then, there was her
