Breathless

Breathless

A Poem by Eunice Crankyponts

Reaching out,

He takes her hand

Sharing a moment's pleasure

Words she'll always treasure

Leaving her breathless

No longer captive

No longer fearing

No longer abused

The butterfly emerges from her cocoon

Stunning beauty

Able to feel

Able to breathe

NO longer aching

Only partaking

In love

Such nice work, beautiful in fact.

I can relate to the full extent finding myself in love once again. =)

Please do keep writing.
